Like it or not, winter is on the way which means that most of us will spend more time indoors. I’ve run across a few fun cardboard projects at various levels of difficulty, so I thought you might enjoy the crafty inspirations.

• Foldschool offers three fun cardboard projects including a stool, chair (shown), and a rocker. The patterns are available as free PDFs and range in difficulty from 3.5 to 5.5 hours. • Children’s kitchen sets are becoming as elaborate and as expensive as the real thing, so Anna went on a mission to create her own plans for a home-made version that would only require cardboard and contact paper.
