The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad, Baby Stroller Invention

Every now and then, I come across a product that is such a horrible idea that I’m afraid to provide links knowing that someone might actually purchase it. This my friends, is one of those products. Believe it or not, the scooter/stroller hybrid shown above (which will remain nameless and linkless) actually exists.
It’s designed to be ridden by like a razor scooter, although this bizarre invention holds a car seat. The product images and video demos all show dolls strapped inside the stroller, so I’m guessing that the inventor couldn’t find anyone crazy enough to let their kid ride this nightmare on wheels.

this could be the worst baby product i’ve seen…and that’s saying a lot. the only thing that could make this worse is a drink holder perched directly above the baby’s head.

I don’t know if it’s the worst baby product I’ve ever seen, but it’s certainly the worst I’ve seen in 2008. Let’s hope they don’t catch wind of your drink holder idea…that might find it’s way to the LX version!

That really is crazy, I guess if you’re sensible then its not a problem ,but accidents can and will happen!

Did these guys think about their target market at all?! The only people I could think of that would want to ‘ride’ one of these is a really young person and isn’t it mostly older parents pushing strollers these days? But even for young parents it seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen… If the Company is lucky no one will buy them!

Oh, my… some “inventors” don’t really think What they invent and Who they invent it for… To my mind it is quite a dangerous toy and hopefully no parents would imagine they can put their child into it…

That’s scary! It looks dangerous enough for the rider - but for the baby it must be lethal!

Hard to believe, that someone somewhere thought this was a good idea. baby + speed + concrete = brain_on_vacation_inventors
