Toddler Tool: My Plate-Mate Spill Guard
October 9th 2008 by Dr.MOZ in Food Fun, Toddler Products
If your little one is becoming more independent and wants to eat like the big kids, “My Plate-Mate” is just what the doctor ordered! This handy little clip-on literally gives toddlers an edge when learning to use utensils by keeping food on the plate. Not only is it dishwasher-safe, but it’s also free of PVCs, latex-free, and phthalate-free. You can find My Plate-Mate at some of my favorite boutiques like Little Piddles for only $7.95!
Have fun and stay healthy,

Thank you so much for posting about this. The My Plate-Mate is one of the many “I wish I had thought of that idea” products. It would have saved me endless messes when my girls were smaller. Have a wonderful weekend!

I’m delighted to see that the plates are free of the nasty chemicals that are in so many products. We’re living in such a toxic world that we need be informed or we unwittingly take in all kinds of horrid chemicals. Our little ones are especially vulnerable, so thanks for letting me know about these plates. Hmmmm … Christmas is coming …

I love it and look forward to not having to clean up 5 times a day. I actually saw these years ago when working with developmentally disabled children and adults.

These are a life saver, if only we knew of them years ago when our children were just starting feeding, it would have saved hours of cleaning up – Fab product.

I love this thing. Saves us a lot of time by not having to clean up.
We even bring it around when we travel and not having to worry about the mess

That is very interesting. My 2 year old, whenever he eats his dinner, start’s up with a spoon/fork, and then switches to fingers because I don’t think he can get it on the spoon.
Thanks for sharing.
