Slime, Pumpkin Cards, and Umbrella Bats!
October 23rd 2008 by Dr.MOZ in Arts and Crafts, Fun Projects
The ghoulish tips and creepy Halloween projects keep oozing out from parenting sites and baby blogs everywhere, so I’ll keep posting my favorites until the 31st
arrives! This week’s super-cool project ideas include:
- Recipe for Slime: Shannon from Ugga Mugga has a simple and fun slime recipe that any toddler will love. Have the full-body bib and sponges ready, this one is going to be messy!
- 3 Dimensional Pumpkin Card: Once again, Skip to My Lou comes through with a huge collection of fun Halloween projects. This “how to” not only shows you how to make a cool card, you learn to make your own honeycomb paper while doing it.
- Umbrella Bat Costume: This may not have come from a baby blog, but everyone has a defunct umbrella lurking around the house so I couldn’t resist the clever costume idea. Warning: be sure to cover all sharp pieces before wearing.
Thanks again for visiting the Dear Dr.MOZ Baby Blog everyone. I have more goodies on the way, so I hope to see you again soon!
Have fun and stay healthy,
Dr.MOZ

Wonderful ideas. To bad I’ve discovered this after Halloween! Nevertheless, I’ll have ideas for next year

Great ideas for Halloween fun. I’ll have to wait to use them until next Halloween, though!

The recipe for slim looks great, I will get to try it out with my kids this weekend. Even though it is not Halloween my boys love to play with slim year round.
