Color In Wallpaper by Jon Burgerman!
November 21st 2008 by Dr.MOZ in Artsy Fartsy, Fun Projects, Home
I’ve shared many decoration ideas for kid’s rooms, and you’ve seen quite a few arts and crafts ideas on the blog…but this could be the first time the two have merged! This fun wallpaper by artist Jon Burgerman is made to be colored on and is just what the doctor
ordered to fight that nasty case of cabin fever this winter. I’ll admit that it’s probably a little too busy for an entire room, but it would make the perfect covering for that strange little strip of wall just screaming for a fun facelift.
It’s currently available from the UK’s Nineteen Seventy Three online store in 1000cm by 52cm rolls, but I haven’t found a retailer carrying the product in the US. Please click on the comment bubble above if you’ve spotted a boutique with the wallpaper on this side of the pond!
Have fun and stay healthy,
Dr.MOZ

I’m sure kids would love this and as long as you don’t care about how your child’s room looks then I think this is a great idea.

This is a great idea. I would love to find this in the stores. My 3 yr old decided to rip the border we had on his wall so I have been looking to replace the wall paper. This would keep him entertained for hours. Great product.

The wallpaper idea is really cool and I love it. Since my son loves to color using our walls as his coloring pad, I think I’ll get one for him. This way, I won’t need to have his room re-painted or cover with a new wallpaper everytime he tries to paint his room by himself.

This is great especially for the parent with some talent! Please emphasize these kinds of techniques further. I think the more it’s mentioned, the easier parents will understand that being creative will ultimately be absorbed by your children! Good article . . . .

Kids will surely love their room once it is fully decorated. thanks for the great idea I never thought of it. Also the wallpapers I bought from the shop are not at all that much impressive as these walls decorations are.
