Strange Baby Products: The Slide Spoon?
January 13th 2009 by Dr.MOZ in Food Fun, Strange Products
Now here’s a product that I really don’t understand. I may be missing the point, so I thought I’d run it by everyone to see what you thought. The Slide Spoon by Keu-Ru-Han is small spoon built into a larger spoon, designed to slowly work the contents of the spoon from the back to the front. In theory, the slide spoon saves you from making a mess when feeding a baby. I can see how it would save you from moving your hand one or two centimeters, but
I’m not sure how this device makes feeding a baby easier.
What do you think folks? It seems like the old standard (a small baby spoon) would be easier than working this gizmo doesn’t it?
Have fun and stay healthy,

Yes, I can’t really see the point. Plus babies need to learn how to eat normally anyway!

Another useless waste of money. But i am not a feeding parent, may be there is a kind of help in this spoon, as far as i know babies are used to spit the food, may be this one helps to put it right in their stomachs. LOL

Something that would catch the projectile baby food on the way out, and then funnel it back to the bowl would be a real winner!

Very cool tool to feed your baby. I can’t believe how much things have changed.

I can’t see the difference between that sliding spoon and a normal spoon. I mean there’s no big deal with the ordinary spoon. Feeding you’re baby right is what’s important.

This is so freaky! How hard is it to use a spoon. I doubt this even works. I hope this inventor hasn’t invested to much money into this product. I hate to sound pessimistic, but I don’t see this product making it very far. How weird.
