Hey but we pay for the good weather out here! I will take your cost of living over the weather right now with the economy being the way it is! I might have to migrate out of state to be able to survive these hard times! The UK government issued fuel grants to the elderly. The last time this was done as over 20 years ago. In order for the grant to be issued the temperature has to fall below 0 for 7 consecutive days.
