What an unbelievably genius idea! It’s about time someone came out with a safe bumper that actually looks nice. We tried the not so pretty mesh bumper for my older son and the wedge bumper wasn’t high enough for my baby. He has the stokke crib and properly fitting bumpers are really hard to find- the Hayden stripes wonder bumpers would be a great solution! I love this alternate to a traditional bumper! My baby is now 9 months old and I was relunctant to remove his bumper- between playing in his crib and his rolling around when asleep, I’ve been thankful to have something still there to protect his head. But this is so much better! I wouldn’t have to worry about possible suffocation if he’s in a deeper sleep, or using the bumper as leverage to try to climb out, but I could still avoid nasty head bumps against the railings. Love it!- the Bluebird would be best for my baby (we have a babybird theme).

What a great idea! With my first baby, we used a traditional bumper for a short while only because I hated that it blocked my view when I wanted to check in on her. Also, she would smash her face right into the bumper and I worried that she wasn’t getting enough air. These are great because they permit you to see right through, and in the event that my second baby (which I’m expecting a few months from now) also smashes her face into the side, I know she can get more air.
