Kid-Proof your iPod with a Tadpole Case!

June 5th 2009 by Dr.MOZ in Gift Ideas, Music, Toddler Products

If you have a toddler in the house, you’ve already seen what a huge mess small hands can make of your electronic equipment. This is why Ifrogz created a rugged case and clear protective screen called tadpole! Made from 100% silicone, the tadpole has big easy-to-grip handles, optional ifrogz Screenz to protect your screen, and fun decals to

customize the click-wheel. It’s a great deal at under $20 for the set and tadpole headphones (for kids 3-8 years) can be added for and additional $7.99. That’s money well spent compared to the price of an iPod…if they could only make one to protect the cat.

Have fun and stay healthy,

I think this is a great idea! and the only problem I can see with it is fighting to get your Ipod back from your kid or dog. The price of only $20 is amazing! now only if they had that attachment for my TV remote so I don’t lose it.

This is great. I got my last iPod smashed by my nephew. But he’s such a great kid I can’t get myself upset over such a small thing. Maybe my iPod will now be safe with this. I will definitely try it out.!

Awesome and good for the parents or the owner of the ipod ;)
Great Idea but 20 $ is hard. My question is what should the baby with the player do ?

    Playing, hearing or shaking ?!

That is so awesome, my daughter has already destroyed our VCR and TV remote. This will keep my ipod safe at least!

  26. d Says:

I remember my little brother who without me knowing, got my ipod and thought it was a toy, submerged it in a pail full of water. I only knew it when I was about to use the water and noticed something inside. I was fuming mad but what can I do, my ipod took “a bath” in a sunny afternoon. At least this “safety gadget” is a blessing and a great gift for our love ones too.

It looks a little bit as the wii steering wheel but it´s a really good idea for a gift.
