This weekend was really rocking…we went to the beach but didn’t forget the sunscreen. Its was fun-filled. What SPF should we choose for a tropical climate where the sun is intense? The one we have didn’t protect well. Can u suggest something Dr.MOZ? I also want to compliment you on your blog, your sense of humor is really good. Looking forward to new posts.

My girlfriends cousin just got married over the weekend so it was an awesome 4th of July. Though the weather where we were was not as good as I would have hoped, it was still a great weekend.
Not sure if marriage is is on the cards for me yet but I wish them every happiness. As long as the marriage goes as smooth as the wedding, then I don’t think them will have any problems

We spent the 4th on the beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale, Fl . The water was a wonderful 82 degrees.
