Right now he is on this Thomas the Train kick but surely it's just a fad and probably won't last long. Those are the best! My son really likes things to play with that are stuck to him! The hammer would be perfect! What we do when we're changing him is to put a little close pin on his shirt (the spring loaded pincher kind) he loves noticing that it's there, taking it off, and then trying to put it back on again. ;) He loves all kinds of little gadgets and accessories like that.
