At first glance I wasn’t too excited about this product. But then, after thinking back on the days I flew with my babies, I can see this being a handy product to have. I’m with you, tho, there is NO WAY I would put this in a light-weight beach chair or the like. That looks like a recipe for disaster to me.

What is the max height for use in an airplane?
It says to check the height marker on the product, but I don’t want to buy it just to find out my child is too big. Pls advise.

I’ve always been surprised that airlines don’t use something like this for their “little passengers”. They wouldn’t need to make it mandatory but it would be nice for parents to have the option on flights where there are open seats or in the rare cases where parents have paid for the extra seat. Saves some lap time for the parent as well.

I wondered about the safety issues when I first ran into it Roger, but they do mention not to use it during take-offs and landings. If the plane crashes anytime between the two…I think you would a bigger problem on your hands! =O

That looks both comfy AND dangerous. I`m kinda hysterical and paranoid when it comes to my kids safety; I could never dream of putting my baby in one of those. What if the plane crashes and you end up headbuting your own kid??
