Indie Finds: Organic T-shirts for Little Rockers
December 3rd 2009 by Dr.MOZ in Indie Designers, Organic Products
It’s been weeks since I featured an independent designer, so today we’ll be drooling over organic awesomeness by Earthy Beginnings of New York! The Earthy Beginnings story in their words:
“Designed with our children in mind, this line is a mix of eco friendly fabrics & innovative artistic designs serving as an eclectic alternative in kid’s clothing. It is for the modern and artsy parent who is also environmentally conscious.
As many artist living in New York, my small studio is based at home in Queens, NY. All goods are hand rendered and printed on eco friendly fabrics, mainly organic cotton. Printing materials used are all eco friendly. Each piece comes with a small seeded hangtag so you can plant with your child and teach them from now about living green.“
The organic shirts shown above are made in the USA and include the Electric Guitar Tee, Microphone Tee, Double Bass Tee, and the Marching Drum Tee. See more at EarthyBeginnings.com, or say hello on their blog and on twitter!
Have fun and stay healthy,

This is cool. Children will not only appreciate the shirt but will also be aware of what the message the shirt has. I guess, it’s one way of saying to the public to be aware of the environment. Anyway, the designs look good.

it’s one thing to buy organic cotton products for yourself, but it should be mandatory for your kids. their skin is so much more sensitive and non organic cotton can irritate the skin. i have a nephew that suffers from eczema and the organic clothing we bought for him has made a big difference in his outbreaks.

The little boy and the shirts are both awesome! A future rock star
The most important is that they are environment friendly!
