Defining a Movement by Katherine Center

February 23rd 2010 by Dr.MOZ in Motherhood, Movies and Media

I ran into an excellent video essay by Katherine Center about motherhood and thought you might enjoy it as much as I did. She created the piece for this year’s Mom 2.0 Summit in Houston, which I hope to attend in 2011 because it looks like a fun collection of bloggers,

brands, and parents.

To learn more about next year’s event, visit them at www.mom2summit.com or follow the Mom 2.0 crew on twitter.

Have fun and stay healthy,

I always thought that mom’s always were extra special and they do require something special that would indeed make them feel special. Mom 2.0 Summit, as of now scheduled for the next year would be one of those special moments for every mom to be a part of. I liked the video it was indeed a fascinating one.

I really loved this film. I am a Marine. However, this made me weep.

In a way, the message of this film is the same message that the Marines give to the troops. We want to pass on the very best we have to each other and to the world.

This is a film of nurture, and of love, and I commend the people made the film and who accept the message that the film conveys. Semper Fi
