Nursery: Giant Animal Chalkboard Stickers
April 2nd 2010 by Dr.MOZ in Home, Nursery
Looking for a simple way to track of feedings, naps, or needed baby supplies for the next shopping trip? Forget journals, they are so…un-animaly. My suggestion for a great way to spruce-up the nursery and keep your notes, a giant animal chalkboard sticker by
Cocobohème’s! They’ll stick to any clean, dry surface and they can be easily removed when the room needs a new theme. Besides, what better way is there to see if your baby speaks French? Available at the A+R store in whale, elk, monkey, and elephant designs.

Children love animals, so it is going to be a good way to learn French too!

I know that a lot of parents aren’t too excited about introducing the idea that it is okay to “write on the wall” (could encourage wall art w/pens etc), but these are hard to beat aren’t they? I would have loved the whale design when I was a kid…perfect touch of “whimsy” for the nursery or playroom!

I have never seen these before. For some reason all the kids like to draw on our sidewalk with chalk, these would be just great for us to have in the house during the winter so all the kids could still enjoy their drawings. Definitely going to get some of these!! Thanks for sharing.

Animal chalkboards are a great idea, maybe they’ll come out with animal dry-erase boards soon!

Great idea. How easy is it to erase and rewrite onto the chalk? Do you just use a wet rag or does it come with an eraser?

Hehe, I can see where this is going. A great idea. The kids watch you type on the big whale. Then they “learn” that it’s ok to write on walls and when you’re not watching they have drawn a new whale on your newly painted walls..
But it’s cool anyhow! Au revoir!

I know that children love to draw on walls, so this is the best alternative, without the mess
