Allergy Alert Patches for Kids by Jeeto!
July 19th 2010 by Dr.MOZ in Healthy Kids, Kids and Allergies
It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, parents with children suffering from food allergies all go through similar “allergy alert tour” at their kids’ schools, daycare centers, and summer camps. A parent never really knows who has access to their children’s
important medical alert forms, which is why I love the allergy patch collection by Jeeto! Found at specialty stores around the US, these cute allergy patches (seen above) can be applied to a backpack, hat, or just about anything that would be easily visible to a student’s teacher. Available in a variety of common allergy themes in sets of 3, 6, and 10 patches directly from Jeeto!
Have fun and stay healthy,

> Doctor’s Note: No sewing necessary. Jeeto patches have a heat-seal backing for easy iron-on application. Patch find thanks to Barbara, a regular blog reader of the moose M.D.!

I love these. Of course, anyone in charge of children with allergies should be informed these serve as wonderful and ‘permanent’ reminders. Thanks for bringing these neat products to my attention.

I think these would be so great for when I send my kids to day camp! I think it must be really hard for the counselors to remember so many different kids with allergies. This would be perfect!

I love these! This is such a good idea for kids with allergies. I have a special needs child who is nonverbal and these would be great for him to alert teachers since he can’t. I have also been our church’s VBS director for several years and always worry that we’ll have an allergic reaction to our snacks from a child not familiar to us.

I find these labels very useful. It’s good for when your child starts going to school and/or day case. They are awesome.

When I was in public school I only recall one child that was allergic to peanuts, but as we progress the allergies are becoming more apparent. These patches are a wonderful idea to protect our children from injury or death.

I think its really a good thing to have this type of patch for avoiding allergies. This will really help our child be aware of allergic things. Thanks and nice post.
