    Hah, that’s very cute :)

  2. Lane Says:

Nice picture! The kid is so cute. I guess blogger must be a person who love kids so much.

  3. Cal Says:

The scooter is really cool. I hope I can get one near for my little niece as a gift here in our area. The boy who was riding was so cute. I guess the product is safe enough for children who are under 3 years old with the proper guidance from older relatives.

  4. C Says:

    Very very cute indeed!

  5. Jennifer Says:

What an adorable pic! You must be so proud of him. He looks like an angel. :)

    To your health, Jennifer

  6. Mia Says:

    Can’t believe they’ve made such a thing, a Vespa for kids :) That’s a good brand strategy!

  7. Dr.MOZ Says:

You might be surprised to learn that an individual artist designs these custom scooters by hand (not Vespa) using fiberglass, steel, and wood to your specs! Follow the link and you’ll see a few other nice details including etched nameplates and a personalized logo on the scooter front-panel.

The downside…at $2,000 (plus +$350 shipping to the US) it nearly costs as much as an actual Vespa which retails for $3,200 and up. That’s a lot of cash for a rocker, but it sure beats the horse on springs that I grew up with!

PS – I should probably mention that the scooter rider isn’t related to me, he’s the model used in the designer’s Etsy site. ;)

  8. Chris Says:

My child loves to ride also in this kind of scooter. In fact, he has one in the house. Anyway, thank you for sharing. Nice picture and really cute kid.

  9. Dr.MOZ Says:

@ Chris – Your child has a scooter like this?! That’s one lucky kid!!!

  10. James Says:

Nice rocker! I have 19 grandchildren and would love to have one of these for the toddlers…but $2000+ is too much. Thanks for sharing!

  11. Dewi Says:

Very very cute in deed! Where I can get a scooter like that? I want to give it to my niece as a personalized baby gifts birthday gift.

  12. MS Says:

Looks like a really good present to give to a toddler. Stylish as well, and wouldn’t get kids into as much trouble as a real scooter would.

  13. Aws Says:

hahaha that’s one cool Scooter :D

  14. kim Says:

Very cool! The scooter does look like it would be awesome, but at $2,000 plus shipping, it’s more like a toy for a collector! Very interesting. I wonder how many orders the designer gets per year for these?

  15. Kyle Says:

That’s hilarious! It’s almost steampunk. It looks really weighty and heavy and boy-friendly in the picture: is it more lightweight than it looks?

  16. Margaret Says:

Oh my gosh that’s so cute! I want a Vespa for myself but I’d have to buy one of these to match for my little guy too.

  17. Johny Says:

    So cute and nice shot.

  18. Souza Says:

    Very, Very Cool .. I Liked :)

  19. Olivia Says:

wow, what a great idea! this looks really cool, but too expensive to just be a kid’s toy.

  20. CC Says:

The boy is really cute and he looks like he’s enjoying his big toy. I guess my nephews would certainly drool when they see that rocking scooter. They are into riding and driving stuff.

  21. Allessa Says:

Nice nice.. That’s a good brand strategy!

  22. Trae Says:

We have a Vespa but this takes the cake! Terrific!

  23. Shaun Says:

That looks good…hours of enjoyment for the little one!

  24. c Says:

  30. Val Says:

    Awesome :D

  31. Julli Says:

Very cute! Is it available in a different color?

  32. drbs Says:

Hi, I was searching for a toy scooter. Well, this will be suit for my beloved niece. I am certain that she will like it .

  33. N Says:

Italy famous for their sports cars… Ferrari, Maserati, and Lamborghini. Now famous for Rocking Scooters! 0 to 200 in the blink of an eye! lol

  34. Andreas Says:

Looks like a really good present to give to a toddler. Stylish as well, and wouldn’t get kids into as much trouble as a real scooter would.

  35. Dr.MOZ Says:

@ Julli – Each scooter is customized to your specs, so I’m sure you could arrange for a scooter to be designed in any color. Shoot the artist a note and see what colors he offers.

  36. Jason Says:

Pretty sweet little scooter/rocker. This reminds me of some of the things I saw the other day at poshtots.com – you should check out some of the prices on themed kids beds there – oh my!!

  37. Lucy Says:

That’s a fantastic idea, a rocker designed as a motorcycle. I want one lol.

  38. Crystal Says:

My husband is a huge scooter fan, this would be a cool thing to surprise him and the twin boys with.

  39. Grace Says:

Wow! you have a very cute son, what’s that? a skate scooter? I want to hug him!

  40. John Says:

Does the scooter move at all? or does it just stay in place?

  41. Dr.MOZ Says:

@ John – It’s a rocker, so it rocks back and forth. If memory serves (from my horse on springs), riding toys do eventually begin moving around the room when children get too big for them…that’s when you have a problem. ;)

    ~ Dr.MOZ

  42. Iz Says:

this is one real happy child

  43. Nitasha Says:

    Seems Awesome!
    A treat for children. =)

  44. Eva Cortez Says:

That’s a unique toy. I love the design plus the cute baby. It’s much safer to buy this thing rather than a small bicycle. I always want my babies safety so i think this is a cool one.

  45. david wright Says:

    that cool…very nice…. i want that toy!!!

  46. clark king Says:

love also the design… nice toy for the kids…

  47. loraine king Says:

i love the toy! i’ll buy one for my kid…

  48. Annie Says:

The kid looks so happy and cute on his scooter.

  49. Amelia Says:

That rocker is quite cute & stylish – I bet that little boy enjoyed using it. It’s the sort of toy that would look attractive in any environment yet be fun for kids to use (ie. a good waiting room or office toy – if the room was big enough for it).

  50. Phil Says:

Wow! I never knew there is a scooter which is also a rocking chair! Great!

  51. Lauren Says:

    That is awesome!

  52. Yaham Says:

    It’s looks really cute.
